AP Mitchell was appointed by CBRE on behalf of Liverpool City Council to undertake mechanical building services in one of the most iconic buildings within the City of Liverpool. Within this historic site our team delivered a full boiler pant rebuild in two separate boiler rooms and the full redesign and build of the hot water systems within the museum, involving the replacement of existing calorifiers with plate heat exchangers and buffer vessels. Again, this work was conducted while keeping the site fully operational.
