AP Mitchell was appointed by D Stanley Associates to undertake electrical and mechanical engineering works at Summerhill House in Newmarket. These works took place over October-November 2022.
Within the Water Tank Room, AP Mitchell was responsible for the supply and installation of a new extraction ventilation system, as well as the implementation of a water tank temperature instrumentation & control system. We were also responsible for the insulation of the pipework from the entry point of the building into the plantroom.
Within the boiler room, AP Mitchell was responsible for the supply and installation of a new extraction ventilation system, as well as the flue replacement works. AP Mitchell also conducted a survey on the existing ductwork CCTV and smoke detection systems, and the insulation of the pipework fitted within the boiler room.
