AP Mitchell Group were employed to carry out a complete mechanical & electrical installation at Haydock Park Racecourse for TJM Projects Ltd, on behalf of the Jockey Club.
This large-scale project involved renovating the existing hostel at Haydock Park Racecourse into a modern, dormitory-style accommodation. The new hostel was kitted out with 13 full en suite bedrooms, providing guests with a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
While working on site, AP Mitchell were under the management of D Stanley Associates, an industry partner who we are thrilled to enjoy a successful relationship with. Our installations covered a range of disciplines, and involved the following:
- Bedroom and communal space sanitary ware fixtures
- Boiler and mechanical plant
- Pipework and fittings
- Fire alarm equipment
- Intruder alarm equipment
- Electrical mains distribution services
- Bedroom, communal and emergency lighting fixtures
- Solar PV panels and equipment
- Cold water storage tank and cold-water services
