AP Mitchell have successfully delivered an air conditioning overhaul new build commercial office facility with a total value of £170,000. The project involved the complete internal fit-out of modern office accommodation, designed to meet current workplace standards and regulatory compliance.
These services included:
Air Conditioning: Installation of energy-efficient climate control systems to provide a comfortable working environment throughout the year.
Ventilation: Mechanical ventilation systems to ensure fresh air provision and compliance with workplace health standards.
Commercial Fire Alarm System: Full installation in line with BS 5839-1, including detectors, sounders, manual call points, and control panels.
Intruder Alarm System: Grade 3 intruder detection system providing robust building security.
Plumbing & Drainage: Complete hot and cold-water distribution, sanitary ware installation, and connection to mains drainage.
