During the school holidays in 2020, AP Michell was appointed by Equans to replace the hot and cold water pipework and heating installations within the Primary School. The works we conducted took 6 weeks to complete and involved the isolation and draining of the original pipework, the stripping out of 7 sections of pipework, and the installation of new piping. Most of the pipework was located within ducts on the site. After the pipework was installed, it was filled and tested, and the existing radiators were vented and balanced before the project handover.
