AP Mitchell were contracted by Equans (then Engie) on behalf of Cheshire West and Chester Council to undertake a refurbishment project at Ellesmere Port Library.
As part of this refurbishment package, we provided electrical services, new plumbing and distribution pipework, thermal insulation and sanitary fixtures to the offices located above the main library floor.
