John Moores University- Decarbonisation of the Max Perutz Building
AP Mitchell Group have completed for John Moores University the decarbonization of Max Perutz building including the construction of the plantroom to house the water source heat pumps and the external compound (air source heat pumps) with enclosure. This was a full Mechanical, Electrical and BMS Service Installation, with design and project management all completed by AP Mitchell. The Project was valued at £600,000.
Liverpool John Moores University Secured Electrical Infrastructure Works
AP Mitchell Building Services Ltd has secured a £1.1 million contract to deliver a major electrical infrastructure upgrade at Liverpool John Moores University’s Mount Pleasant Campus. The project forms a critical part of LJMU’s decarbonisation strategy and supports the future deployment of electric heat pump systems across the campus.
Chiller Replacement at Liverpool John Moores University – Tom Reilly Building
Project Overview:After successfully replacing a chiller at the Max Perutz Building, APMitchell was awarded another chiller replacement project at Liverpool John Moores University’s Tom Reilly Building. This £400,000 project focused on upgrading the cooling power of the chillers and meeting client requirements.
